Getting your lab results from DIP Laboratory is simple, fast and secure:

You may claim your printed results at our clinic during office hours:
Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM📧 Via Email or Viber (By Request)
Request your results to be sent via email by contacting us at:
diagnosticmedicalinc@gmail.com
Please include your full name, date of test, and type of test in your request.
You may also request for your results sent via Viber by informing the front desk.
🌐 Online Access (Optional)
If your test qualifies for online release, we’ll provide a secure link or Google Drive access based on the details you shared at registration.🏢 For Corporate Clients:
Results will be compiled and sent to your company’s designated representative or HR contact.
🛑 Please bring a valid ID or authorization letter if claiming results on behalf of someone else.
⏱️ Turnaround time varies per test. Most results are available within the day, or from 24–72 hours.
